The Specific IgE ELISA kit allows the quantitative detection of specific IgE in human serum.
A benefit of Specific IgE kit is the application of liquid biotinylated allergens binding monoclonal antibodies against human IgE immobilized on the inner surface of the wells. This technique has a number of advantages in comparison with the systems based on solid-phase allergens, particularly it avoids cross-reactions of anti-IgE antibodies with the immunoglobulins A, G, M and D.
